About the Chamber
The Paris Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism is a non-profit organization that is committed to helping promote local businesses and to help our community prosper and grow. Located in Paris, IL, the county seat of Edgar County, we strive to continue the rapid growth we have seen in the community over the recent years.
Our Mission
The mission of the Paris Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism is to provide information to the community, by promoting Paris area businesses, as well as being the information center for tourism.
Our goals
- Promote leadership Programs
- Encourage new industry and small businesses in our area
- Supply local information to all inquiries
- Always promote local businesses by shopping Paris first
- Promote and retain membership
- Fulfill our membership needs
- Work with city, county, local business leaders, and other organizations, to promote Paris and Edgar County as a "Great Place to Call Home"
